What is our story?
Fed up with witnessing our loved ones endure chronic pains and period cramps, we embarked on a journey to find a solution. We were shocked by the poor quality and unattractiveness of all the options on the market. Disappointed, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
After creating prototypes from old towels and giving them to family members, we experienced tremendous success. They looked terrible but everyone loved them and used them daily because they felt "so good" and were "very easy to use." We witnessed how a wearable hot water bottle transformed our family members' lives from being in pain, withdrawn, and inactive to happy, active, and confident.
So we pursued the idea further in the quest to create the best possible solution. 160+ fabrics and 39 prototypes later, we created the Hot Hugger. Now you and your loved ones can experience for yourself the soothing sensation of the Hot Hugger and do more in comfort.

What if the Hot Hugger doesn't fit me?
The Hot Hugger fits waist circumferences 70cm-85cm.
However if you need a bigger size we have a product called the 'Size Extender'. This increases the size of the Hot Hugger so almost anyone can wear it.

How long does it stay warm?
Unlike heat packs and regular hot water bottle covers, Hot Huggers feature double-layer, high-quality insulation. This provides hours of comforting warmth at the perfect temperature. no fluctuation from furnace hot to tepid warm.

How do you wash your Hot Hugger?
• Dab clean with a wet cloth on stains and spills.
• Wash at 30°C max in the washing machine. On gentle wash/permanent press. Use very mild detergent.
• Do not: iron, bleach, tumble dry, Mix with other colours or dry clean.

To best preserve the softness of your Hot Hugger for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.
Does the bottle contain latex?
No!
The bottle is free of latex and made from 100% natural rubber.
Does the bottle go inside the cover?
You just flip the flap over the bottle and seal it shut with the velcro fastening.
Can I wear it under a jumper?
Yes. The Hot Hugger is perfect for staying comfortable on the go. Just put it on and wear a baggy jumper over the top and it is discreetly hidden. Perfect for work or trips out to the shops.
